Local Inaugural Celebration
Road Trip to the Inauguration!
We've worked for it and now it's time to enjoy it! Rochester for Obama is planning a bus trip to Washington DC for the inauguration of President Obama (don't you love the sound of that?).

We will leave Monday night, January 19, late at night. There will be two pickup points where cars can be left, one in the city and one in Henrietta. We will drive all night and arrive Tuesday morning.
We do not have tickets for any event. We will return Tuesday evening...THERE ARE NO TICKETS FOR ANYTHING...so what we are going to experience among throngs of 2 million people plus is the opportunity to be part of history...they will be parking buses at RFK stadium and we will take the rail or shuttle into Washington.
We will return to Rochester late Tuesday night, January 20.
We will go no matter what the weather is (unless the roads are closed).
Reservations
The total cost for the trip will be $85. To hold a spot, we need a deposit of $40. You can pay by mailing a check or money order payable to Seneca Products to 655 Pullman Ave Rochester, NY, 14615. Or print this form and fax it to 585-254-2367. You can also call 585-285-8486. Seats on the bus are first paid, first reserved. When your payment is received, you will receive an email with your seat number. If you want to be seated with someone, you must indicate that on the form. There are no refunds once a reservation has been accepted.
Full payment is due December 15. If payment in full has not been received by then, your seat 3may be given to someone else. There will be no refunds on deposits.
